Quite a wonderful surprise!

Dine N' Dish Review: Brunch @ Bob's Burgers and Brew

I’ll be honest, when I first heard Bob’s Burger & Brew was starting brunch, I was a little skeptical.  Well, let me tell ya...  What an unexpected surprise for a Sunday morning breakfast.  As I’m walking  into their dining area I see a “true brunch” spread.

Bob’s has the omelette station fully stocked with whatever you would want.  They have a wide range of meats, veggies, and cheeses that you can throw into your omelette and be completely satisfied.

Moving down the line, there are long tables with the traditional food warmers packed with all sorts of culinary goodness.  At Bob’s Burgers & Brew’s Brunch you will find everything you would want:

Hashbrowns & Roasted Potatoes
Biscuits with Sausage Gravy
Eggs Benedict
Mini Waffles
Fruit Cobbler
Extra Crispy French Toast
Sausage Patties & Links
Sliced Ham
Muffins, Fruits, and Pastries

Let me highlight some of the breakfast foods they are offering:

Omelettes Made To Order
At the omelette station, you will see six individual stations where they create your omelette goodness.  You can have the chef put almost anything in these things you want.

Biscuits & Gravy
They have tiny little biscuits that are delicious.  Directly to the right, their is a vat of sausage gravy.  That’s right.  A VAT of delicious sausage gravy.  If you haven’t figured it out, I thought the biscuits and gravy were delicious.

Eggs Benedict
The Eggs Benedict were delicious.  They were traditionally made with the English Muffins, ham, and a poached egg.  Directly to the right, there was a vat of hollandaise sauce.  I love Eggs Benedict and I would definitely go back for these.... because I did. ;)

Crispy French Toast
So far, there are only a couple places in the Tri-Cities where you can find truly delicious French Toast.  If you want to know, ask me and I’ll tell you.  Now that Bob’s is serving brunch,   they have made that short list.  They take a little extra time to put the French Toast in a fryer for just a second to give it the perfect crispiness.

Now, here is what got me really excited about Bob’s brunch.  For everything you get: Omelettes, waffles, Eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, delicious french toast, and everything else I’ve described above.  It is all for $11.99 and ALL YOU CAN EAT!!

[insert vision of clouds parting and sounds of angels singing]

This is by far, one of the best values for breakfast or brunch you will find in the Tri-Cities.  Hands down.  So next Sunday, if you are going out for breakfast, hit up Bob’s for brunch.  You will not be disappointed and you will be hard pressed to find a better value.
