Dine N' Dish Review: Bob's Burgers and Brew
The name says it all!
Bob’s Burgers has been in the Tri-Cities for a little while now. I like Bob’s for a few reasons. I can appreciate they are a regional chain (out of the Bellingham area) and provide a solid burger and a good place to grab a beer. They also serve some other great meals that you may not be aware of.
Bob’s rotates soups on a daily or weekly basis. The soup I had this night was an outstanding enchilada soup. It was very hearty and full of flavor. If you have the chance to give the soup a try, I would recommend it. Also, they are more than happy to bring you a sample just in case.
I love me some chicken wings. I really love me some chicken wings that are breaded and crispy. There are only a few restaurants that do breaded chicken wings. Bob’s is one of those places. Of all the places that serve chicken wings, Bob’s is toward the top of my list of places to go.
What makes my job (yes, my job is to eat) really enjoyable is finding dishes that are unique. I don’t know of any other restaurant in the Tri-Cities that serves anything close to a Stuffed Spud. The Stuffed Spud is everything you would want in a meal. You have your choice of ham or beef. Then you have it topped with Swiss cheese, butter, real bacon, sour cream, chives, and sauteed onions. This is a one stop meal for anyone with an appetite.
Bob’s Bar Steak is nice and simple. A simple 7oz Sirloin served with a generous side of fries. You will be hard pressed to find a better value. If you are looking for a nice, simple steak with no fuss and no muss, the Bar Steak at Bob’s would be your best bet.
Bob’s is a good place to grab a meal. If you live anywhere near the Canyon Lakes area (Kennewick Location) or anywhere near the Queensgate area (Richland Location), you will find the food here very delicious and well valued.
